STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

a) General Terms

The client explicitly waives their own standard terms and conditions, even if these are drawn up after the terms and conditions of sale set forth herein. Any deviation from these terms and conditions will only be valid if expressly agreed upon in advance, in writing..

b) Payment Terms

Invoices are due immediately upon checkout of the product. No products will be shipped unless payment has been fully cleared. In the event of non-payment or payment failure, SG Sabuesos Guerreras reserves the right to cancel the order and suspend the provision of services.

c) Withholding Tax

Certain countries may apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any such withholding will be paid by the client to the relevant tax authorities. Under no circumstances can SG Sabuesos Guerreras be held liable for costs associated with a country's tax or legislative requirements. Therefore, the amount of the invoice will be due in full, excluding any costs or taxes levied by the country in which the client is located.

d) Sales Policy and Returns

All sales are final. We regret that SG Sabuesos Guerreras cannot accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances, unless required by applicable Mexican law. Products sold as a donation or products explicitly mentioned as part of a donation will not be shipped and are non-refundable. The client acknowledges and agrees that such products are solely for donation purposes and do not fall under the regular product shipment policies of SG Sabuesos Guerreras.

e) Performance of Services

SG Sabuesos Guerreras strives to provide efficient services within the agreed timelines; however, we do not guarantee specific results. Our obligations shall not be construed as obligations to achieve any particular outcome. Under no circumstances shall SG Sabuesos Guerreras be held liable as a third party in any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.

f) Claims and Notification

To be admissible, any claims against SG Sabuesos Guerreras must be notified by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 8 days of the delivery of goods or the provision of services.

g) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

All contractual relationships shall be exclusively governed by the laws of Mexico. Any legal disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the registered office of SG Sabuesos Guerreras, located in Culiacán, Mexico.
